The location is perfect. The bus stop is very close. the port is also about a 5-minute walk. the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The elevator was broken one day. I had to carry my luggage down from the third floor. the beds were not very comfortable. the bathroom felt small.

awesome stay near the port!
excellent location friendly staff useful lift warm welcome
this hotel had the BEST location! it was right next to the ferry port, so i did not have to walk far with my luggage. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and. i also really loved the lift, it was so useful after a long day.
the bathroom was a little small, but it did not bother me much.

clean room friendly staff
The location near the bus stop proved useful, with easy access to transportation. the staff were friendly and kept my room very clean. i appreciated the powerful shower. The crisp cotton sheets felt nice. the air conditioning was effective once i programmed it.
the elevator broke down on my last day, requiring me to carry luggage from the upper floor.

the hotel has the best location. it is situated in front of the new port. there are cozy little streets nearby. it's near everything i needed like markets and pharmacies.

bus terminal staff suggestions clean room port view
the hotel is close to the bus terminal, i could easily access beaches. staff gave useful suggestions and arranged taxis when needed. the hotel was very clean (i really appreciated that!). my room had a port view.
the bathroom felt a bit small.

The location was great. The bus stop was very close. Staff were friendly and they give suggestions. The view to the port was amazing.
The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small. I had to carry my luggage down from the third floor because the elevator was not working.
